Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

In this vital role, you will manage a mix of pediatric and adult patients, delivering essential primary care services within an established schedule of 18 patient visits per day, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your expertise will contribute to efficient patient charting, with chart closure expected within 72 hours. The position involves thorough credentialing processes and requires adherence to specific immunization, certification, and licensure standards to ensure compliance and high-quality care delivery. Required Skills: Valid and active California Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)Furnishing License with Schedule II for NPsActive DEA licenseProven experience (minimum of 3 years) in a similar primary care settingStrong understanding of pediatric and adult care protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow clinical guidelines and maintain detailed, accurate documentationNice to Have Skills: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsBilingual abilities for serving diverse patient populationsAdditional certifications in advanced clinical practices or specialtiesPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies or NursingCurrent valid licenses and certifications appropriate for California practiceRecent experience with immunizations, screenings, and chronic disease managementOther Requirements: Compliance with immunization and health screening requirements before start date, including flu shot, TB testing/X-ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, TdapAbility to complete credentialing process within 30-90 daysWillingness to provide scheduled notice (30 days) for assignment terminationNo travel obligations required, but reimbursement for licensure and certification fees, travel, and related expenses are available when applicableThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical insurance, paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a rewarding referral bonus program.
