Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role in Houston, TX for a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The Behavior Technician will implement individualized treatment plans as outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development of functional communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors. Core tasks include delivering one-on-one behavioral interventions, collecting and recording data on student progress, and collaborating with team members and families to support treatment goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis concepts and practicesSkilled in implementing Behavioral Interventions and supporting behavior managementStrong Communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members, therapists, and familiesBackground in Psychology or related fields is highly beneficialRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required; training may be providedReliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor and strong organizational skillsCommitment to providing compassionate and family-centered care
