This role provides essential support to the project management team, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-focused, and eager to grow their career in construction management.Key Responsibilities:Assist with managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and other project documentation.Maintain and update project management platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam).Support communication between the office, field team, subcontractors, and design team.Participate in project meetings and generate meeting minutes, logs, and tracking documents.Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.Help ensure materials are procured, delivered, and installed per schedule and specs.Monitor project schedules and support coordination of trades.Assist with quality control, punch list tracking, and project closeout documentation.Assist the superintendent with onsite activities as directed.Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or engineering (internships included).Solid understanding of construction processes and documentation.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction software like Procore, ProjectSight, and Bluebeam is a plus.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera) is a plus.OSHA 10 certification preferred.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Relevant internship or co-op experience in commercial construction is a strong advantage.
