Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our facility, including guest services, facility maintenance, safety and security, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, optimizing efficiency, and enhancing the overall visitor experience. Key Responsibilities:Guest Services Management: Oversee the guest services team, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience throughout their visit. Develop and implement guest service standards and protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns raised by guests. Meet and exceed all Guest Experience KPI targets. Facility Operations: Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of all attractions, exhibits, and amenities. Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance guest flow. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards, in partnership with the Facilities Manager. Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and contractors. Coordinate with security personnel and local authorities to address security concerns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to prepare staff for emergency situations. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure that team members are meeting expectations and contributing to the success of the attraction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of facility operations, guest service principles, and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements: Standing and walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, as the role may involve overseeing operations on the floor. Lifting: Occasionally required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25-50 pounds. Manual dexterity: Frequent use of hands for tasks such as typing, writing, and handling tools or equipment. Bending, stooping, and climbing: May need to bend, stoop, or climb ladders when inspecting facilities or addressing operational issues.
