Driver/Panel Builder

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Driver / Panel Builder to join our ACM facade manufacturing team. This position combines material transportation duties with hands-on shop fabrication work. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, operating tools and equipment, and driving deliveries within a regional service area. Responsibilities Safely transport materials and finished products using a truck with a 24' box trailer Complete deliveries and pickups within a 4-hour driving radius of Foley, MO Maintain a clean and professional driving record Assist with ACM panel fabrication and assembly Read and interpret tape measurements accurately Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and secure materials for transport Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations Work collaboratively with shop and production personnel to meet project deadlines Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience driving with a 24' box trailer required Ability to accurately read a tape measure Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to stand and work on your feet for 6–8 hours per day Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong attention to detail and reliability Manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience preferred Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Combination of shop work and regional driving Daily travel may be required within a 4-hour radius of Foley, MO Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in ACM panel fabrication or metal fabrication Forklift experience is a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
