You will own a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner as they modernize and mature their third-party risk management programs.This is a highly cross-functional role where you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering while guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.What You’ll DoOwn the post-sale customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise accountsBuild strong, trusted relationships across technical and executive stakeholdersDrive product adoption, engagement, and long-term customer successGuide customers through onboarding, integrations, and ongoing service deliveryIdentify and execute on renewal and expansion opportunities in partnership with SalesAnalyze usage data and customer trends to surface insights and optimization opportunitiesAct as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and influencing product directionManage support issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutionPosition yourself as a trusted advisor in Cyber Risk and TPRM best practicesWhat You Bring4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in B2B SaaSExperience working with enterprise customers and managing a portfolio of accountsStrong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, GRC or TPRM domainsProven ability to build relationships with both technical users and executive stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing customer lifecycles, including renewals and expansionExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, ownership-driven approach in a dynamic environmentWhy VISOAt VISO, our people are our greatest asset.
