The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and operational success of the organization. Responsibilities include financial management, business planning, setting and executing strategic goals, managing daily operations, and driving sales and revenue growth. In this role, you will engage stakeholders, lead a multidisciplinary team, and foster partnerships to accelerate the company's mission and growth.QualificationsExpertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, resource allocation, and company operationsDemonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define goals, align initiatives, and achieve organizational successExperience in Sales and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growthProven leadership and decision-making skills in managing diverse teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of sustainable or advanced materials industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
