If you want to love what you do, make an impact in your community, and have the power to help people change their lives – then we’re glad you’re here.Essential Functions Of The JobMember Relationships Open savings, checking and deposit accounts as well as Certificate of DepositsEducate members on Credit Reviews and Needs AssessmentsAccept and input consumer and business loansCommunicate UFCU’s Mission, Vision, and ValuesAccount Services Refer fraud claims to expertsProvide online and mobile supportIncrease Automated Teller Machine limitsRelease check holdsProvide notary servicesConduct Signature GuaranteesComplete wire transfersValidate vehicle valuesManage account restrictions and pop-up concerns, and add travel notes on member accountsPartner with Collections for members who are past dueProblem solve and facilitate connecting members with internal business partnersConduct TransactionsProcess service requests and financial transactionsProcess stop payments via check, ACH and/or Cashier’s ChecksProcess ATM and Point-of-Service transaction disputesSet-up and grant access to safe deposit boxPrint documents, including Debit/ATM cards, vehicle buyer’s checks, temporary checks, Statements, and direct deposit lettersCompliance Performs other duties as assigned. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.Complete required regulatory training as assigned.
