VP of Asset Management
We are seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join a growing family office with a multifamily portfolio of approximately 6,000 units across the Southeast. This individual will oversee asset performance across both ground-up development projects and value-add acquisitions while managing relationships with third-party property management and operating partners.This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to ownership and the opportunity to help shape portfolio strategy and long-term growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial and operational performance of a 6,000-unit multifamily portfolioDrive execution of business plans for both development lease-ups and value-add acquisitionsManage and evaluate third-party property management companies to ensure operational excellence and NOI growthAnalyze monthly financials, budgets, forecasts, and asset performance metricsPartner with acquisitions and development teams during due diligence, underwriting, and stabilization effortsMonitor capital improvement projects, renovation programs, and lease-up performancePrepare investment and portfolio reporting for ownership and executive leadershipIdentify opportunities to optimize portfolio performance, reduce expenses, and maximize investor returnsQualifications:8–12+ years of multifamily asset management experienceExperience overseeing both development and value-add multifamily assetsStrong understanding of third-party management oversightProven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and asset-level analysisExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a nimble and well-capitalized ownership group with an active growth strategy across the Southeast.Benefits information:Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTOEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
