Regional Manager - Mid SouthLocated in the Mid South, this position is responsible for representing and selling Albaugh products through distribution and creating demand at retail for pull through at distribution in the region to achieve the business objectives and financial targets of Albaugh. Maximize support for the product portfolio and growth in crop protection product sales and margin with customers in the region. Involvement in customer go to market and product positioning strategy, development, and review is required.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Forecasting monthly by product/pkg sizeMarketing and sales program presentations to distribution and appropriate retail customersRetail development generating product pull throughYear/Year business growthRelationship building/value-added opportunitiesFocus on Blue/Green products to increase profitability and brand recognitionCollecting Competitive DataDeveloping marketing program ideas, suggested pricing for all products in your GeographyPricing/Program exceptions to Director of SalesDevelop Sales/Technical pieces customized to your geographyNew Product introduction needs in GeographyRegional Marketing Plan emphasis on High Margin productsForecast of all products sold in your Geography by Customer/Month/Package size rolled up to the Director of SalesBudgets, expense/entertainment/promotional, sales resources needed. Rolled up to Director of SalesIdentify New Product Opportunities to Director of Sales, Director of Market DevelopmentMarketplace activities/changesCommunication with Regulatory, Customer Service on an as need basisRequired Education and Experience:Must be located in the Mid South Region of Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennesse or Kentucky.
