Workplace Strategy Program Manager
To support the opening of a flagship office, the freelance Workplace Strategy Program Manager will work remotely on a 9-month contract, developing global workplace playbooks, managing program execution, and ensuring alignment across various corporate functions.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and author a comprehensive global Workplace Strategy Playbook outlining standard operating procedures, tech-stack workflows, and governance rules
Lead end-to-end program management from concept development through execution and global rollout
Conduct stakeholder interviews to inform program design and build a stakeholder matrix for alignment and communication
Required qualifications:
6-10+ years of experience in workplace strategy, program management, operations, or a related field
Proven experience developing playbooks and taking them through full program launch
Strong experience working cross-functionally with corporate functions such as Workplace Experience, IT, Security, and Operations
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated ability to audit and optimize workplace technologies and digital tools
