Company Description ETS Wealth Management is Retirement Income Planning Firm Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Series 65 licenced Retirement Specialist located in Hoschton, GA. The Retirement Specialist will assist clients with retirement planning, provide expertise on employee benefits and insurance solutions, and offer financial advice tailored to individual client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing customized retirement strategies, and educating clients on available services and products. Collaboration with team members to meet client goals and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction is an integral part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Retirement Planning and Employee BenefitsKnowledge of Insurance and Finance principlesStrong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to clientsProficiency in building and maintaining client relationshipsProblem-solving skills with a client-focused approachPrior experience in the financial planning or insurance industry is preferredRelevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent are a plusProficiency in financial planning software and tools is beneficial
