Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make a meaningful impact supporting students and school staff as a valued School Psychologist in a contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. Work a consistent 24-hour weekly schedule with the choice of an 8:00am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4:00pm shift, providing services to a collaborative team in a supportive school environment near Gresham, OR.In this role, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure student needs are met through comprehensive assessment and intervention planning. Your expertise will be utilized in a range of essential processes, and your contribution will support positive outcomes for students across multiple areas of need.Essential Qualifications & Experience:Active Oregon TSPC license required.Solid knowledge of the PSW (Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses) model for SLD identification.Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.Experience working in or understanding the unique aspects of rural communities is highly desirable.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Conduct timely and accurate evaluations for eligibility in accordance with state guidelines.Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).Participate in manifestation determination meetings and crisis planning with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate in the creation and ongoing monitoring of behavior intervention plans and student support strategies.Offer professional insights into best practices and advocacy for students needing special services.This opportunity allows you to make a difference on a manageable schedule while building strong relationships within the educational and local community.
