Sales Data Cloud Specialist
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on sales use cases and emerging Agentic AI capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing customer data architectures, integrating enterprise data sources, enabling intelligent automation, and delivering AI-driven business outcomes across sales and customer engagement functions.This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and hands-on experience working with AI agents, autonomous workflows, or generative AI technologies within enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Data Cloud ImplementationLead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for sales and customer engagement use cases. Design and configure data ingestion pipelines from CRM, ERP, marketing, and third-party platforms. Build and maintain unified customer profiles using identity resolution and data harmonisation techniques. Configure calculated insights, segmentation strategies, activation targets, and real-time audience solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Agentic AI & Intelligent AutomationDesign and implement AI-driven workflows using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or related agentic AI technologies. Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents to support sales operations, lead management, customer engagement, and decision support. Integrate LLM-based capabilities into business processes while ensuring governance and compliance. Evaluate and recommend AI tooling, orchestration frameworks, and automation opportunities. Support prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI workflow integration where appropriate. Architecture & IntegrationWork closely with enterprise architects and engineering teams to define scalable data architectures. Implement integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, and cloud platforms. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained. Optimise platform performance, scalability, and operational efficiency. Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and technical demonstrations. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to internal teams. Required Skills & ExperienceEssentialStrong hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and customer data platforms (CDPs). Experience designing customer identity resolution and unified profile solutions. Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and cloud data architectures. Experience working with Agentic AI, AI orchestration, autonomous agents, or enterprise generative AI solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, OpenAI integrations, or similar AI ecosystems. Experience with SQL, Python, or other data engineering technologies.
