This is a client-facing role requiring onsite presence.Key Qualifications5+ years of experience with Workday Integrations & Studio2+ years of hands-on Workday Extend experienceStrong expertise in Extend Model-Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EIB, and 3rd-party integrationsWorkday Extend Certification preferredExperience with custom reporting across HCMExcellent communication and client-facing skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and test Workday Extend applications end-to-endLead client discovery and design sessions to translate requirements into Extend solutionsDrive solution design with focus on usability, performance, security, and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program timelines and deliverablesApply an innovative mindset to solve complex business problems using Workday Extend
