This advice will be based on a deep understanding of the customer’s current financial standing and short and long term goals. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and partnership centric with previous branch based Financial Advisor experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides a broad range of investment solutions and products to help meet customer goals and offer in-depth guidance through Financial Planning servicesIdentifies and follows up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market/community involvementBuilds and maintains a strong client network and pipelineProvides and demonstrates expert-level portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and investment knowledgeConducts and/or participates in investment performance and relationship reviewsKeeps junior level staff informed about investment products and opportunitiesAdheres to compliance requirements and follows corporate and industry protocolsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDSix (6) months of related experienceSeries 7Series 63 & 65 or Series 66Life Insurance License must be obtained within 60 days from employment start datePreferencesBachelor's degreeCertified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Retirement SpecialistTwo (2) years of Financial Advisory experienceCompensation for this role includes base compensation and variable compensation. Associates in this role have total compensation earning potential of $43,888 - $150,000+.Position TypeFull timeIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan.
