Inside Sales Representative - Roofing & Solar

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative *CLOSER* (Roofing & Solar) – Warm Leads, Organic Leads & Career Growth Location: Grover Beach & SLO County (In-Office / Hybrid) Compensation: 100% commission with unlimited earning potential About the Role: Are you a persuasive communicator that loves providing home improvement solutions and loves to win? We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join Axiom 360! With our proven sales process, you will drive revenue by managing inbound leads, generating your own leads & coordinate with our Team to close deals. Why Join Axiom 360? Lead Generation: You have the opportunity to bring your sales skills to life with company generated leads and your own organic leads. Your Day-to-Day: Inbound Lead Management: Respond to potential clients requesting quotes and/or inquiries via our website and other lead sources. Closing & Follow-Up: Follow up on sent estimates to overcome objections and close the sale. Follow up on inquiries and assign to proper Team member. CRM Wizardry: Keep our pipeline clean & organized so no deal falls through the cracks. Who You Are: The Communicator: You are articulate, friendly, and confident on the phone. The Multi-Tasker: You can juggle a ringing phone, an email draft, and a field rep on hold without breaking a sweat. Experience: 1+ years in the construction industry is preferred. (Roofing, solar and/or construction knowledge is a huge plus, but we will train the right person!) Compensation: 100% commission - Pay scale is to show what a typical, qualified candidate can expect to earn but is in no way a reflection of actual pay or earning potential.
