Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Breckenridge, CO, for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will manage customer interactions, identifying their automotive needs and providing tailored service recommendations. Responsibilities include ensuring positive customer experiences, answering inquiries, coordinating service appointments, delivering aftersales support, and maintaining communication clarity between customers and the service team. The role involves educating customers on repairs and maintenance while fostering trust and loyalty. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication skills, including listening, explaining technical concepts, and resolving customer concernsExperience in Aftersales or automotive customer service is beneficialAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanorOrganizational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and documentationPassion for providing exceptional service to improve customer experience and retentionPrior knowledge or experience in automotive services or a related field is a plus
