Assemblers will be responsible for putting together components and finished products according to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, has good attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and products according to instructions and hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks.Read and follow work instructions and diagrams.Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy.Identify defective or damaged components and report issues to a supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized established production procedures and meet daily production goals.Safely handle materials and components.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Work effectively with team members to complete production orders.Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong attention to detail.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.Ability to lift and move materials as required.Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment.Must be able to wear required PPE.2nd Shift: Monday– Friday, 3:30 PM– 11:30 PM$16.00/hourHouston, TX 77040Apply today to be considered for the Assembler position!
