Janitor/Maintenance

Duties: - Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows and glass surfaces - Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as buffing and waxing floors - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Requirements: - Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks - Excellent time management skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
