Serving both the general public for residential projects and local builders for commercial needs, Outlook Flooring ensures a comprehensive and seamless experience from start to finish.Our work environment includes:Modern office settingFamily owned companyInternational workforceAll necessary tools for job: computer, tablet, office space, etcWe are seeking an experienced Retail Flooring, Builder Flooring or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative to join an established, fast-growing company offering the best commissions in the industry. Must be a self-motivated, driven individual who can identify potential customers, develop accounts through face-to-face meetings and written proposals for business. In addition to selling, the Builder or Commercial Flooring Sales Representative takes ownership of all project management, including measuring, estimating and being present during delivery and installation. A successful Sales Representative is able to build and maintain effective relationships with field service professionals as well as administrative support staff, while also advocating for the best interests of our customer while maintaining acceptable company profit margins.
