Senior Trainer

Senior Trainer:Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of training programs for the CASTLE-NET program. This role involves assessing training needs, overseeing creation of training materials, managing training staff, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that training initiatives align with CASTLE-NET needs and USACE policies and objectives. The Training Manager oversees development of evaluation criteria, the evaluations of training program effectiveness, and improvements as needed.Requirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field with 8 years of experience in training and development. Must have excellent leadership, team management, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Possesses significant experience in training program design, execution, and evaluation and robust communications and presentation skills. Proficient in training management systems and tools with an excellent ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) and familiarity with USACE policy and regulatory requirements are preferred.
