Our platform provides run-time visibility, cataloging and risk assessment of application infrastructure while protecting against business logic attacks and exploits. As enterprises rapidly adopt AI, Cequence is building new capabilities, including AI Gateway, to secure how AI systems interact with applications, APIs and sensitive data.As a Software Engineer Intern at Cequence Security, you will work on real-world problems at the intersection of AI and security. You will support development of backend systems and AI-driven security capabilities.Responsibilities:· Assist in developing backend components and APIs· Work with AI tools and models in real-world applications· Support research and experimentation in AI security· Build prototypes and internal tools· Collaborate with engineering teamsRequirements:· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field· Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming· Basic understanding of Computer Networking· Knowledge of Python or Java· Understanding of data structures and algorithms· Familiarity with AI tools or assistantsNice to Have:· Academic or personal AI/ML projects· Participation in hackathons or competitions· Exposure to APIs, cloud or security concepts
