Customer Care Associate (2nd Shift)

DescriptionSUMMARY: The Customer Care Associate will support companywide Sales efforts by initiating or receiving and processing customer orders and driving Sales via their contact with customers. They also work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process and assist with tasks as needed.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to every customer, every callAnswer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and address customer complaints, inquiries and concernsIdentify customer needs, upselling and refer any issues to managementKeying orders into the system, printing and editing ordersEnter data into computer system accurately and efficiently.Filing the day’s paperwork numericallyManaging inventory and filing systems.Assist sales staff with their daily workload & cover for sales staff when they are out of the office or on sales callsRun and update inventory and pricing reports Interface with warehouse, operations, and sales personnelInterface with product purchasing staff as needed to make sure we have availabilityAssist other departments to ensure the smooth workflow throughout the companyPerforms other duties as assignedBenefitsMedical, Vision, Dental insurance and many more voluntary coverage optionsCompany paid Disability, Life and Identity Theft insurance.FMLA, 401K, Matching and Profit Sharing (when eligible), FSA and HSA optionsPaid Vacation, Sick Leave and HolidaysScheduleMonday-Friday 12pm-8pmRequirementsEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: College education is preferred but not required. Produce experience is preferred.Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years Data Entry ExperienceTRAINING, SKILLS, LICENSES: Administrative experience is required. Excellent communication and organization skills as well as having the ability to problem solve and building relationship with customers. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must possess excellent customer relations skills and be detail oriented. Ability to deal with constant change. Accuracy with figures and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Able to learn new software packages – Prophet & Produce Pro.WORKING CONDITIONS: This position is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as heavy interaction with customers, colleagues, management, and sales personnel.EOE/Vet/Disabled
