Duties Prepare and serve food items according to establishment guide lines. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts. Skills Fine dining experience is preferred to enhance guest experiences. Will provide training. Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficient in serving techniques and food preparation methods. Will train. Experience in banquet operations for large events is a plus. Background in catering services to manage diverse menu offerings effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Will provide training. Restaurant experience that demonstrates an understanding of fast-paced environments. A passion for hospitality that reflects positively on the overall guest experience.
