Duties Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, breads, and other confections, adhering strictly to recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, slicers, and food processors Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in food handling tasks such as portioning, packaging, and labeling products for sale or catering events Support food production processes by measuring ingredients accurately using basic math skills Contribute to high-volume production efforts while maintaining consistency and quality across all items Requirements Proven experience in pastry preparation, baking, or food production within the food industry or catering environment Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail and presentation Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients Experience with food handling procedures, recipe adherence, and maintaining a clean workspace High-volume production experience preferred to meet demanding order timelines Good communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with clients or team members Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Join us as a baker where your culinary expertise will shine!
