Reporting directly to the ASC Administrator, this role serves as a key member of the leadership teamdriving clinical excellence, patient safety, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.This leader will collaborate closely with physicians, administrators, and clinical staff to promote fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and an exceptional patient experience throughout the perioperative continuum.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse leader with ASC, OR, and clinical management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by mission-driven work.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Operational LeadershipProvide leadership for daily operations of the operating room and clinical servicesImplement process improvements to enhance efficiency, patient flow, and patient experienceEnsure delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based careStrategic Planning & Financial StewardshipDevelop and execute clinical department strategies aligned with organizational goalsOversee budgeting, resourcing, and fiscal accountabilityParticipate in policy development, revision, and implementationTeam Leadership & DevelopmentAssign cases and develop staff schedules to support safe and efficient operationsProvide coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessarySupport ongoing education, clinical competency, and professional developmentCompliance, Quality & Risk ManagementOversee staff credentialing and competency validationMonitor compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and legal requirementsLead preventative safety initiatives and risk management activitiesPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementQualifications & SkillsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingProven experience as a Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, or similar leadership roleStrong background in:Ambulatory surgery or procedural settingsClinical supervision and staff developmentProgram management and operational oversightSolid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and performance managementKnowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation requirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office and patient management systemsExceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to resolve issues, manage change, and lead collaborativelyWhat We Offer As an organization, one way we care for our communities and each other is by providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverageLife and AD&D coverageAvailability of short- and long-term disabilityFlexible financial benefits including FSAs and HSAs401(k) and access to retirement planningPaid holidays and vacationWho We Are At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
