Intern Associate, HR
HR InternThis is an exciting HR Internship opportunity to learn about the key role HR plays in supporting the business through customer service, collaboration, and thoughtful partnerships. As the HR Intern, you'll gain a strong understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities and projects the HR team supports. The ideal candidate must exercise effective time management, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be driven to learn and contribute to real, meaningful projects.
Key Job Functions
Assist with a variety of HR processes and day-to-day administrative tasks
Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to the HR function
Supports the team with ongoing and new HR initiatives and projects
Support the annual Summer Intern Program
Build relationships with studios and team members at all levels
Assist with preparation of HR communications, forms, and documents
Help maintain team member personnel files and HR records
Support administrative recruiting activities, including coordination and related documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
General Expectations
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role
Understand deliverables and meet established due dates
Show initiative by being proactive, taking prompt action to accomplish projects, and contributing as an active, collaborative member of the team
Display a positive attitude toward work, co-workers, team members, management, and firm policies
Ask questions when direction is unclear and/or to increase general understanding
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple projects supporting various areas of HR
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to research and offer solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience and Education
Minimum of 2 years of college completed and classes towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level program
