From the exceptional service at the check-in counter to the departure gate, and even behind the scenes making sure your checked bags arrive with you, our Airport Operations team keeps operations at our airports running smoothly every single day.Job Overview And ResponsibilitiesAssists managers and supervisors by performing advanced administrative activities and functions associated with scheduling, payroll, accounts payable, report preparation and wellness administration associated with office and personnel functions in a Station Operations office.Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for station operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and staffing guidelinesForecasts future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance controlDevelops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, office forecasts, operations and performanceMakes local purchases within authorized limits, maintains office supplies and processes local statements for paymentPerforms personnel-related duties including filing, processing payroll in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policyProvides support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel functionsProvides work direction, guidance and training for the Clerk – Station Operations (as necessary)QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent2-4 years of experience in an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office primarily Excel, Access, Outlook, and WordAbility to analyze and report out on dataStrong and positive communication skillsAbility to work with all levels of the organizationDetail orientedAbility to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):College degree Airline experience The base pay range for this role is $45,030.00 to $58,656.00.The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills.
