Job Summary: Program Director of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA)MediBril is looking for a dedicated Program Director of Physical Therapist Assistants (P-PTA) to lead and manage our team of Physical Therapist Assistants. This role requires someone with a strong background in physical therapy assistance, managerial experience, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care.Duties:Oversee the daily operations of the Physical Therapist Assistant team, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.Develop and implement physical therapy assistance programs tailored to the needs of our patient base.Conduct regular audits to ensure quality care and proper documentation.Mentor, supervise, and evaluate Physical Therapist Assistants, encouraging continuous professional development.Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to optimize patient care.Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use.Lead team meetings, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.Act as a liaison between the PTA department and other healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications:An associate's or bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
