Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Ventura, CAFacility: MedSpaSchedule: Full-time, typical business hoursCompensation: $60–$65/hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy MedSpa in Ventura, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in aesthetic nursing and must be comfortable performing Botox and other cosmetic injections in a client-facing setting. This individual should have strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and a passion for aesthetics and helping clients look and feel their best.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform aesthetic treatments including Botox injections and other cosmetic injectables within scope of practiceConduct client consultations and assess candidacy for aesthetic treatmentsEducate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and possible side effectsMonitor client response to treatments and address any concerns or complications appropriatelyMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services providedEnsure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with clinical protocols and applicable regulationsUphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the facilityCollaborate with the MedSpa team to provide a high-quality client experienceSupport overall daily clinical operations and maintain treatment rooms and suppliesQualificationsActive California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingRequired experience with aesthetic injections, including BotoxStrong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and cosmetic treatment protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, polished, and client-service oriented demeanorAbility to work independently while also functioning well as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of care
