A company is looking for a FinOps Analyst to manage purchasing and operating expense processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Finance point of contact for expense management tools, ensuring efficient request flow
Partner with Accounting for month-end close activities and variance reporting
Develop reporting packages and spend analytics to support financial decision-making
Qualifications
3-6+ years of experience in FP&A, FinOps, or Accounting with a focus on expense workflows
Proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce is preferred
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Strong analytical skills in variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI design
Proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and automation
