Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician/Autism Therapist

Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with developmental and behavioral needs in their homes. The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support skill development in home, school, and community settings. Key Responsibilities * Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA * Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients * Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior * Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote skill acquisition * Assist with teaching communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills * Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards at all times * Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers * Attend required training, supervision, and team meetings Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations * Ability to pass background checks and required clearances Preferred Qualifications * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain * Coursework or training in psychology, education, special education, or related fields * Prior ABA or behavioral health experience Physical Requirements * Ability to sit, stand, walk, and engage in active play with children * Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 40 lbs] if necessary * Ability to respond quickly in behavior support situations What We Offer * Competitive pay * FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE * Paid training and supervision toward RBT certification * Ongoing professional development * Supportive clinical supervision * Flexible scheduling * Opportunities for growth within the organization How to Apply Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.
