A company is looking for a Lead Conversion Developer. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance to Delivery Teams for large scale data conversion initiatives Establish conversion procedures in collaboration with Functional SMEs Negotiate scope and create solutions to meet functionality with limited change Required Qualifications BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or relevant experience 3-5 years of relevant work experience on large-scale conversion projects 3+ years of relevant software design and development experience using .NET, C#, SQL, Java Advanced SQL skills and experience in ETL concepts and tooling Knowledge of standard development techniques in a web environment
