Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer based in Crown Point, IN. The Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks on construction sites, assisting in the preparation and clean-up of sites, transporting materials, and operating basic tools or equipment as needed. The role may also include tasks such as assembling and dismantling temporary structures, assisting skilled tradespeople, and following safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Starting pay $18-25. Qualifications Knowledge of basic construction principles and techniquesAbility to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipmentPhysical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting and work on your feet for extended periodsUnderstanding of workplace safety and the ability to follow safety protocolsBasic knowledge of measurements and an ability to follow instructions and blueprintsStrong teamwork and communication skillsPrior experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
