Job SummaryWe are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring leaders to deliver market insights, develop sourcing strategies, and support hiring initiatives that drive organizational growth and innovation.ResponsibilitiesSource and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sourcing toolsBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategiesProvide market intelligence on talent availability, competitors, and compensation trendsDevelop compelling outreach messaging to attract passive candidatesTrack sourcing metrics and optimize pipeline quality and effectivenessUtilize ATS and CRM platforms to manage candidate data and recruiting activityQualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or sourcing experienceExperience with full lifecycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniquesStrong knowledge of Boolean search, social recruiting, and CRM toolsExperience with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Eightfold preferredAbility to analyze market data and translate insights into recruiting strategiesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a large, matrixed organization or agency environment preferred
