What You’ll Do We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Representative to evangelize, identify, and develop new business by showing how Aaniie solutions assist customers achieve their business goals. You will act as an industry consultant guiding your customers toward a complete and appropriate solution developing top-line revenue growth, new customer acquisitions and profitability. You will be directly responsible for connecting with care providers and communicating the value of our services and leading to closing sales in a national multi-state sales territory. You will take a sales lead from product discovery, to demos, and on to contract signing by promoting Aaniie’s home healthcare and personal care products and services. As a member of the Aaniie family, you will contribute to our high-energy, collaborative, fun team. With a focus on consultative selling, you will build trust and credibility with decision-makers, navigate complex sales cycles, and ultimately close deals to achieve sales targets. What We’re Looking for in You · Own it mindset, embracing sales growth goals – prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling. · Resourceful, conducting in-depth needs analysis and solution presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our software products · Sales excellence, a high-performance individual who treats sales as their professional calling · Able to create and build customer relationships with key stakeholders that generate revenue · Deliver effective Zoom sales presentations with a deep understanding of the value proposition and how it meets customers business goals. · Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets · Negotiation and closing proficiency · Other duties and special projects to support customers as assigned. · Provide exceptional post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Must Haves · Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a consultative sales role · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. Must maintain a regular work schedule. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively · Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients · Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation excellence · Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, salesforce) and comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and engage customers Education · Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business, technical or healthcare field You will be asked to show examples of prior work that is verifiable to demonstrate your sales success and value selling skills. Gather insights from patient home health data; delivering predictive analytics to reduce re-admissions and improve patient outcomes.
