The role involves resolving requests and incidents with a high sense of urgency, providing ongoing support for network upgrades and implementations, and maintaining metrics and ticketing systems.Experience/Qualifications:Four-year degree in a technology field or equivalent working experienceStrong experience Cisco NexArista/Meraki Switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using the ServiceNOW ticketing system.5+ years of expert experience in managing IT Infrastructure operations (Physical/Virtual Servers, Networking Connectivity, Phone System, Storage Network, Help Desk Support, Daily Backup).Expert experience in one or more network devices and infrastructure, such as Palo Alto network, Juniper, Cisco, and Windows servers.Expert experience of TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, LAN/WAN topologies, Active Directory, backups, and disaster recovery.Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in routing, firewalls, and switches. Windows and macOS are required.Experience with network security and monitoring tools like Datadog, SolarWinds, etcProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureHands-on experience within a multi-location environmentTeam player with a high level of dedication and commitment to excellence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are requiredWorking Knowledge of one of the cloud AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is requiredTechnical certification in Cisco/Security/Windows or any relevant field is a plus.Desired SkillsNetworking Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP.Certifications: Cisco CCNA/CCNP or CMNA (Cisco Meraki Network Associate) are highly preferred.Environment: Experience working with MSP (Managed Service Providers) or large-scale, multi-site enterprise environmentNetwork troubleshooting in data center environments.
