Through a structured system, individuals are trained to deliver consistent results and progress into higher levels of responsibility based on performance.In this role, you will represent T-Mobile, engaging directly with business customers to introduce mobile plans, high-speed internet, and bundled communication solutions.This is a full-time, in-person role operating within assigned territories.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct face-to-face B2B sales presentations with business owners and decision-makersGenerate new business opportunities through direct customer engagementCommunicate product and service offerings clearly, including pricing, coverage, and featuresBuild and maintain professional relationships with new customersSupport customer onboarding, account setup, and service activationApply a structured sales process to manage conversations from introduction to closeTrack daily performance metrics including leads, conversions, and revenue generatedSales Environment & TrainingYou will be working in a performance-driven environment where results are measured and developed.Receive training in B2B sales techniques and customer acquisition strategiesDevelop communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsWork within a structured system designed to improve consistency and outputReceive ongoing coaching and feedback to support performance improvementEarnings & StructureTypical take-home earnings range between $4,225 – $5,095 per monthEarnings are directly linked to output.
