The Workforce Management Analyst will focus on the creation of routine reporting measures critical to the success of the team, assess potential candidates for predefined skillsets, and manage the candidate database of potential candidates.In this role you will:Design, build and run daily reports or spreadsheets using intermediate knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, queries, etc. for our Operational Business partners and Workforce Management teamMaintain new hires reports including new, existing requisitions & attritionAssess operational team rosters regularly to determine staffing adjustments neededReview applicants of open requisitions for quality candidates to move forward in the workforce selection processMaintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking systemAnalyzes all level of data in reports and looks for opportunities for improvement, root cause analysis and makes recommendations as appropriateBuild solutions focused on long-term supportability and scalabilityAct as a liaison between operation managers and talent acquisition teamExhibit familiarity with applicant tracking and CRM systems; experience with GHR helpfulDemonstrate ability to build and maintain relationshipsProvides on-call assistance as neededPartners with coworkers, supervisors, managers, executives, operation staff and other external business contracts as necessary to perform jobQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
