Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes, market trends, and the surrounding neighborhood Detail-oriented with written offer purchase and listing agreements Qualifications: Tech savvy Past sales experience is preferred Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Self-confident and able to persist despite obstacles Show good organizational and time management skills Easily builds relationships with clients and service-oriented Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills 4 year College degree or more is preferred About Company Josh Lavik & Associates is a growing real estate group.
