2nd Shift Supervisor- Commercial Facilities

The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with the management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and the Independent contractors. The right candidate must be able to review the client contract and confirm that work expectations have been met.The work week is Monday - Friday. The shift typically starts at 5:00 pm and ends at 2:00 am. Availability to provide occasional weekend coverage based on client needs, special projects, emergencies, account restarts, etc. is requiredPay ranges $23.00- $25.00 depending on experience.What's great about working at City Wide:Work is a fast-paced, growing organizationsee how your job directly impacts the company Build positive relationships in our strong company cultureHelp businesses in your local communityEssential FunctionsDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problemsReview the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new businessCommunicate with Facilities Solutions Manager (FSM) daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via emailMake recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreementManage inspections, customer complaint policy, and other operational policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper useUpdate CRM at each account with proper documentationOther duties as necessaryRequirementsHigh school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry6 months of related experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a teamEnergetic, hard-working, dependable, detail-oriented with a willingness to learn attitudeBuilding, facilities, janitorial, or similar industry experience a plus!Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be innovative and strive for continuous process improvementCRM experience preferredBe fluent in English/Spanish to communicate with independent contractors Reliable transportation, Valid TX DL, and current automobile insurancePhysical DemandsThe physical demands are representative of the requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
