Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Brooklyn, NY. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for conducting structural calculations, performing structural analysis, and designing safe and efficient structural systems for construction projects. This role involves collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed engineering drawings using CAD tools and adhering to industry codes and standards throughout the design and implementation process. Qualifications Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principlesExperience in performing Structural Analysis and complex calculationsSkilled in the utilization of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for detailed project drawingsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or progress toward licensure is a plusExperience in the NY-Metro construction market is an advantage
