Logistics Warehouse Worker

Altronic LLC is seeking a Logistics worker to join our team in Girard, Ohio. This role is responsible for pulling material for the production floor, filling kanban bins, and rotating stock to first in first out (FIFO). You will also assist in packing finished goods and other tasks in the logistics area including receiving and warehouse duties. This is a full time, day shift position with benefits.Main Tasks: The manufacturing logistics worker position is responsible for putting away incoming material with the mobile hand scanner, pulling material for the production floor, assisting in inventory control, and filling the kanban bins for each area on the production floor. You will be performing tasks in ERP system (SAP). This position will also be required to learn additional areas of our logistics department.Individual TasksAssist in the loading/unloading of trucksPerform various activities using our ERP SAP systemThoroughly check and receive in raw material from vendorsPut away raw material into the stockroom in an organized and efficient manner; use of equipment such as scales, pallet jack, forklift, and othersSupply production material using various strategies (automated, manual, Kanban, etc.)Support inventory accuracy initiativesRequirementsMinimum 1-3+ years' experienceMust be able to lift a minimum of up to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand/walk for 7+ hours per shiftMust be able to read and interpret a Bill of MaterialMinimum High School Diploma or equivalentSpecial Knowledge/SkillsForklift experience a plus, but not requiredAbility to use of digital scales to measure small parts quantitiesComputer skills (ERP/MRP system, SAP knowledge preferred)Basic math skills and strong problem solving skills requiredBenefitsStart your Adventure!
