In this role, you will be dedicated to elevating work quality standards and participate in strategic projects across network hubs in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany, totaling over 120,000 m2. You will actively challenge the operational status quo, implement cutting-edge quality KPIs, and harmonize processes across all international locations to ensure a unified, world-class standard.Key responsibilities:Quality Standard Implementation: Define and develop robust Quality Control and Quality Assurance frameworks to manage non-conformities within a daily operational process, and implement root-cause-oriented fixeProcess Engineering with focus on Quality aspects: Apply process engineering principles to identify bottlenecks and improve the efficiency of operationsLean Management toolbox: Work as the subject matter expert in Lean methodology, actively manage: Control Plans, pFMEA, 8D ReportsProject Management: Lead an internal Quality projects, support cross-functional Supply Chain Management projects (experienced in on of the tool: Asana, Trello, MS Project)Root Cause Analysis: Use a critical-thinking approach to solve complex operational issues and prevent recurrenceQualificationsProcess Engineering Knowledge: Solid understanding of process design.
