This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to grow their analytical, technical, and operational skills in a structured, team-oriented environment.This position will involve reviewing inspection data, validating asset information, and ensuring accuracy across reports and systems. Over time, the successful candidate will take on more complex assignments and expand their knowledge of asset management processes and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate inspection reports for accuracy, ensuring alignment between reported data, photos, and asset records (e.g., verifying correct addresses, grid locations, and asset details)Support the administration and tracking of preventative maintenance programs, including transformer inspection activitiesIdentify and resolve discrepancies in inspection reports by coordinating with field inspectors and internal stakeholdersCommunicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous workflowAssist in managing and updating data within SAP and related systemsUtilize tools such as Excel and Power BI to review, track, and report on maintenance program performanceMaintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with established processes and data quality standardsProvide general support across additional preventative maintenance programs as neededThe ideal candidate is:Detail-driven and takes pride in accuracy and quality of workA strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and follow up effectivelyProactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact timelinesComfortable working in a process-driven environment while adapting to new responsibilitiesInterested in growing within asset management, operations, or data-focused rolesRequired Years of Experience:2-3 Hands-on experience in a Business Process Analyst roleEducation:Minimum High School Diploma or EquivalencyPreferred - Associates Degree in Business Analytics or CertificationAre there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experiencePreference for candidates with prior utilities marketAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
