Inside Sales

Job Summary Processing of quotes and follow up on quote status (once a month). Processing of corrugator orders. Plan work orders and send order confirmations to customers. Creating of invoices and submission to customer (either by mail or EDI). Sending of reminders and payment status follow-up. Support sales concerning claim management. Technical Sales support for complex offers/sales contracts. Providing of customer technical support. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in an office environment (preferred). Proficient with MS office applications. Excellent customer service skills, multitasking, performing under pressure.
