What We're Looking For10+ years in commercial construction (senior leadership role)Experience leading multiple PMs and SuperintendentsStrong budgeting and financial management skillsProficiency in Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, WordExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)Design-build or life science/lab experience is a plus??
