We're hiringW-2 Remote Therapiststo join our dedicated team committed to healing, equity, and client-centered care.Position Overview We are seeking licensed or associate-level therapists to provide virtual outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. As a W-2 employee, you'll receive flexible scheduling, tiered compensation, clinical support, and access to select employee benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide psychotherapy (ages 10+) using evidence-based and culturally competent methodsConductComprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs)and develop person-centered treatment plansDocument sessions and assessments in our EHR (SimplePractice)Attend requiredmonthly team meetingsandmonthly 1:1 clinical case reviewsParticipate inclinical supervisionif associate-licensedFollow all compliance, ethical, and documentation standards per NC Medicaid, NC DHHS, and internal policyMinimum RequirementsMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldActive North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS) or associate license (LCMHCA, LCSWA, etc.)Must beenrolled in NCTracksor eligible and willing to complete enrollmentMust be able to obtain credentials with commercial insurance panels and NC MedicaidStrong documentation skills and ability to work independently within deadlinesMust pass background checkCompensation (Tiered Pay | Biweekly)Session Pay:1–5 clients/week → $25/session6–10 clients/week → $30/session11–15 clients/week → $35/session16+ clients/week → $40/sessionCCA & Treatment Plan:$35–$40 per completed assessmentPay Example:10 clients/week = $690 biweekly20 clients/week = $1,300 biweeklyBonuses available for 20+ sessions/week with full complianceClick here for more information about the tiered pay structure.Productivity Expectations To remain active and in good standing:Maintain aminimum of 10 billable sessions per weekRemain open for client assignments and assessmentsSubmit timely documentation (24 hrs for notes; 72 hrs for CCAs)Attend required meetings and participate in team communicationBenefits & PerksW-2 Employment with biweekly payrollAflac insuranceoptions available401(k) retirement plan (unmatched)Flexible remote scheduleListed in major therapy directories for client referralsReferral bonusesProfessional development assistanceEmployee discountsSupportive clinical culture focused on therapist growth and client success#J-18808-Ljbffr
