Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our digital presence across multiple platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing engaging social media campaigns, managing content calendars, and implementing social media optimization (SMO) strategies. The role involves creating compelling content, analyzing audience engagement, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals. This position requires staying updated with social media trends and metrics to ensure impactful performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practicesStrong skills in Writing and creating engaging content for various platformsExperience in developing and implementing effective Content StrategiesExcellent Communication skills for collaboration and community engagementFamiliarity with analytics tools to measure performance and track key metricsAbility to stay updated on social media trends and industry best practicesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
